MyHealth Record

This organisation has been granted an extension of time to upload diagnostic imaging reports and/or pathology reports to My Health Record. This extension is due to awaiting conformance testing with our third-party RIS system.

During this extension period, diagnostic imaging reports and/or pathology reports provided by this organisation will not be uploaded to My Health Record. Your results will continue to be sent directly to your requesting healthcare provider.
